Client consultations are held online using Google Hangout or Skype technology, and occur each day at the customers convenience using our online availability scheduler.

As the project manager, meets with you - the Project Owner - and all team members at your availability. Anyone else - for example, an executive, a manager, or employees - is also allowed to attend. This makes the meeting an excellent way for a team to disseminate information: if you're interested in hearing where things are at, attend that day's meeting!

By focusing on what each person accomplished previously and will accomplish moving forward the team gains an excellent understanding of what work has been done and what work remains. We never miss a beat because we use our advanced client project management software to keep us on track.
 
At the end of each task, stakeholders and team members meet to assess the progress of a project and plan its next steps. This allows a project’s direction to be adjusted or reoriented based on completed work, not speculation or predictions.

In the end, you the client will receive our Delivery Certificate which shows your final project was tested and passed.
